Ayurveda Cooking and Wellness Retreat Day

Learn the basic principles of Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, daily routine and stress management techniques in this one day retreat. Participants will develop a diet and lifestyle plan that is conducive to their true nature. This class includes an ayurvedic cooking lesson where we will cook and enjoy a balanced, healthy meal together. We will explore daily and seasonal routines that can be used to help detoxify and balance our natural rhythms. Ayurvedic mind body techniques for stress reduction, relaxation and sleep will also be taught and practiced.
